How competitive are your prices exactly?

Our books are usually among the lowest-priced for any given title available anywhere else online (taking condition, date of publication, etc into account). Should you find a cheaper yet similar copy elsewhere, please let us know.

How do I place an order?

View our items on bidorbuy and simply click ‘Add to Cart’ or ‘Buy Now’ and you will receive further instructions. You may also send us an email with the titles you would like to order (as well as your postal address), and we will reply with an invoice and banking details.

What payment methods do you accept?

EFT (internet banking), direct bank deposit, credit card, Discovery Miles, SWIFT transfer.

May I collect the book(s) I ordered in person?

No, please add the necessary shipping fees.

How can I be sure my books will arrive safely?

Our books are handled and packaged with the utmost care, then posted via the South African Postal Service (SAPO) / PostNet / Aramex Couriers (depending on your preference) and insured upon request. To date, we have not had any serious problems with regard to missing parcels. For reassurance, please feel free to view the positive feedback received from clients over the years.

How much does shipping cost and how long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

All items are securely packaged & sent once payment clears in our account.

How can I track my parcel?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has been posted, which you can enter on the SA Post Office’s website www.sapo.co.za, www.parceltrack.co.za or you may call 0860 111 502 (SAPO Track & Trace department) for assistance. This will keep you updated every step of the way with regard to the whereabouts of your parcel. Please bear in mind that parcels are held at the post office for up to 30 days before they are returned to sender (us). PostNet and Aramex parcels can be tracked on www.aramex.com.
